Reuben "Rane" Abel on ending a brief hiatus crafts a music piece, "Hug Transformer", delivering in his usual multi-style rap, professing love, then finding balance in a conflict of personalities. He plays with the Hasbro franchise term "Transformer" doubling it with the Nigerian street slang "Hug Transformer" over a hip hop styled afrobeat with relative metaphors.
Rane is a rapper/poet straight out of Minna, Nigeria who has been schooled in the art of rap notably by influences Eminem, Kanye West and Jay Z and also his Nigerian environs. He attempts experimental style of Nigerian hip hop gunning to map out his own niche in the industry.
