The Photo above has been circulating the social media recently for an alleged claim that a certain northern region of the country is currently registering Citizens under the age of 18 and issuing P.V.C's to them for election!!!.
The picture clearly shows kids under 18 with there cards as registered citizens.
If this report is exactly true then inec is to be questioned or they have something to look into..
