On the 4 day of January 2012 Akenzua Jonathan and kelly Amechi of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma were caught in the act having gay sex which is also called homesexual act which is forbidding in the community and whose so eva dose this act most be put to dead or by stone to dead.
Confirming this, Chief P. A Umogba stated that the two culprits were handed over to the police at Auchi. Jonathan was granted bail he jumped bail and since then he has been on the run and all efforts to trace him has failed.
