Wizkid‘s former producer, Samklef called out the ‘Jaiye Jaiye’ crooner on Twitter today saying he(Wizkid) forgot him after attaining success with his first album ‘Superstar’. A major one was when a fan(@mujwiz) asked, “Pls do you still make Beatz with Wizkid?” Samklef answered, “Which kid?” This was followed by a series of tweet rants by the music producer, “Dz kid wasn’t existing whn I did my life by durella 2008. Dz kid downgraded me for 4years…. #GODOVEREVERYTHING. Hv bn loyal 2 dz kid for 4 years yet….. #GODOVEREVERYTHING”.
A call was put across to Samklef by City People and he poured out his mind saying, “Wizkid is not of help to me,he is saying all sorts about my brand. I dunno why he is spoiling my brand. I knew about this since last year and I sent him a text but I heard something from a source some weeks back,that is why I tweeted that.All the producers are not happy with him, he is good as an artiste but his personality towards people is just bullshit”.
Samklef has also revealed on his Twitter timeline his life as a young boy in 1004 Estate in Victoria Island. He disclosed that, “I give tanks 4 GOD 4 all he’s done 4 me…… I was once a beggar in 1004 I was 14 years old.” Today, Samklef is one of the most talented music producers in Nigeria and it can be said that the prolific producer was one of those who helped Wizkid at the beginning of his music career as he featured him(Wizkid) in his 2011 hit “Molowo noni”. As at the time of this report, Wizkid hadn’t replied to Samklef‘s tweets as he just tweeted, “Ghana 18th, Nairobi Kenya 19th and Uganda 22nd oct!!! Movie!”
